Features

2. Different models for different speed reading way

According to the different speed reading way, the throttle may have different models
1. ) phase wire speed signal
2) hall sensor speed signal , here this model it is hall sensor speed reading way, need controller or motor has hall sensor wire, Kelly controller will work
it will match with controller like this

Press M button and at same time open power lock, now display lights and numbers shines, and press m button you will can set the display.  short press M button you can switch the setting item, long press it you can set the data bellow
p01=voltage, 36v,48v,60v, default setting 48v,
p02=speed ratio=0.2-1.5, default setting =1,
real speed / current speed is the ratio u should set,
for 36V bike
when phase wire voltage is  18V ,  default setting speed = 30km/h
for 48V bike
when phase wire voltage is  24V ,  default setting speed = 35km/h
for 60V bike
when phase wire voltage is  30V ,  default setting speed = 40km/h

p03=range ratio=1-1.3, default setting =1
p04=speed testing mode,
1=VOL, phase voltage speed testing,  ,  2=hall, hall speed testing, default setting it is 1
if phase wire voltage signal, the rim and magnetic poles setting will not work.
p05= rim size , 8inch, 10, 14,16,18,20,22,24,26,28,29inch(can work with phase voltage speed testing), default setting 14inch,
p06= magnetics poles number (if motor with external speed testing hall built outside, it =1, means only has single piece magnetic poles, usually it is 1-6
if motor has speed testing hall built inside, now it means magnetic poles pieces numbers. it is 10-30pairs, it motor takes phase wire voltage speed testing, this will not work)
default setting =1 , press button will add one
p07, mile/h or km/h,  1=metric, 2=mile, default setting it =1

or it is
P07 battery voltage ratio
P08 =0, 3 gears function is forbidden,
p08=1  means 3 gears available and power on it is gear one,
short press M button will exchange gears, long press M button will switch between single trip/ODO, and battery voltage,
p08=2 means power on it is gear 2.
p08=3 means power on it is gear 3.

P09 accumulated odo clear to zero, long press button >3seconds, odo shines, then short press>10times, the odo will be cleared to zero,
P10 mile/km exchange, 1=km, 2=mile,

different version of goods has different program setting , please contact sales person.

Finish the setting

Long press M button for 3 seconds you can confirm and store this data that you have set, and switch to next. Repower display again you will can use new setting,

4. Lock model or cruise switch model or switch model

this red switch is for power on off at same time we have wires for high low speed

wiring instruction for lock model
,
black blue red–throttle wire -connect with controller throttle wire,
(red is +5v, black is negative, blue is throttle signal wire, )
yellow white=electric switch wire
yellow –electric switch wire input positive
white –throttle output positive
brown –speed wire –connect with any phase wire of  motor phase wire
this wire will supply signal for display,  if don’t connect, display will not indicate speed and odometer.
(this throttle takes phase voltage signal , )

for cruise model
yellow +white is cruise wire, green wire is positive,  other wires are the same,
