Water Quality Tester
- When the electrode is not in use, the electrode should be stored in distilled water after boiling and cooling. Do not immerse the electrode in the sodium sulfite solution for a long time, because the above solution penetrates into the electrode cavity and will deteriorate the electrode performance. 2. When the electrode is not used for a long time, you can take out the electrode membrane cover, rinse the electrode with distilled water, and store it in a dry place. 3. The instrument should be stored in a room where the relative humidity is no more than 85%, the temperature is no more than 40°C, and there is no corrosive gas. When the instrument is not used for a long time, the internal dry battery of the instrument should be taken out.
Zero calibration (zero calibration with oxygen-free water)
Wash the electrode in clean distilled water, press and hold the “CAL” key for 5 seconds, at this time CAL and 0 will be displayed alternately, press the CAL key to perform zero calibration, put the electrode in oxygen-free water, stir the electrode, and wait for the value display to stabilize , After pressing the CAL key to confirm the calibration, End calibration is displayed. At this time, the display “FULL” flashes and enters saturation dissolved oxygen calibration
Saturated dissolved oxygen correction
Rinse the electrode in clean tap water, short press the “CAL” key for 5 seconds, then CAL and FULL will be displayed alternately, press the CAL key to perform saturation dissolved oxygen calibration, put the electrode in saturated dissolved oxygen water, stir the electrode, and wait for the value to display After it is stable, press the CAL key to confirm the calibration, the End calibration is displayed
